These terms apply when you buy from our website. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
## 2. Your order and our contract
1. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming dispatch of your items — not when you place the order or when payment is taken.
2. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example if an item is out of stock, we can't verify payment, or we can't deliver to your address. If payment has been taken, we'll refund you in full without delay.
3. All orders are subject to availability.
## 3. Prices and payment
1. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT (where applicable). Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
2. We take reasonable care to price items correctly. If we discover a genuine pricing error in an order you've placed, we'll contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We won't dispatch at an obviously incorrect price.
3. Payment is taken at [checkout / dispatch]. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
4. We may change prices on the website at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already confirmed.
## 4. Delivery
1. Delivery options, charges and estimated timescales are shown at checkout.
2. We will deliver your order within 30 days of the order confirmation unless we agree a different date with you. If we can't, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
3. The items are our responsibility until they're delivered to you. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes on the later of delivery and receipt of full payment.
4. If nobody is available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
## 5. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your cancellation and return rights — including your 14-day right to cancel online orders and your rights if items are faulty — are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, and faulty or incorrect items will be refunded, replaced or exchanged at no cost to you.
## 6. Product information
1. We take care to display our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor variations may occur in handmade or dyed items.
2. Sizing information is provided as a guide. If in doubt, contact us before ordering.
## 7. Our liability to you
1. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (including that items are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described); or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
2. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or that is caused by an event outside our reasonable control (though we'll take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of any such event and will contact you if delivery will be significantly delayed).
3. We supply products for domestic and private use only. We are not liable for business losses.
## 8. Using our website
1. You may browse and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Please don't misuse the website — for example by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, or scraping content for commercial use.
3. All content on the website (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
4. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website for maintenance or business reasons. This won't affect orders we've already confirmed.
5. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We're not responsible for their content, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
## 9. Your information
How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy.
## 10. Reviews and submissions
If you send us reviews, photos or suggestions, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them in connection with our business (for example, on our website or social media). You keep ownership of your content, and you confirm it's your own and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. You can ask us to stop using it at any time by contacting us.
## 11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to that order. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
## 12. Complaints and disputes
1. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — we aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly.
2. We are not obliged to and do not currently participate in an ADR scheme
3. You can also use the courts. Nothing in these terms prevents you from doing so.
## 13. General
1. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
2. If we delay enforcing any part of these terms, we can still enforce it later.
3. These terms are between you and us; no one else has rights under them.
4. We may transfer our rights under these terms to another organisation; we'll tell you if we do and this won't affect your rights.
## 14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the protection of the consumer law of the part of the UK where you live.
